A self-driven course for students who are not interested in Yoga Teacher Training but want to dive in and study more about yoga.

Self Massage Class Series

A bundle of classes that target various areas of the body. These classes teach you how to perform self-myofascial release in various areas of your body, including your feet, hips, shoulders, back, and neck. Classes include stretch, strength, mobility, and massage. Pre & post workout, body awareness, injury prevention and recovery techniques.

1 on 1 Private Sessions

My private yoga sessions are targeted to your exact needs. Each session is custom-tailored to you.
