I’ve been teaching yoga for 10 years here in the city of Chicago. I’ve taught at various studios around the city and have a large pool of students that I’ve taught and cultivated relationships with over the years. I have facilitated multiple teacher trainings, coached teachers, and led numerous anatomy workshops.

I’ve taken over 2000hrs of continuing education in yoga and movement exercise. I specialize in teaching beginner students, older bodies, and injured bodies. It is because of my extensive training and a belief that yoga is for everyone that makes it my mission to prove that yoga is an accessible practice - one that will leave you feeling like, “Yes! I can actually do this!”

After years of wanting to transition my teaching online, I finally had the time to actually sit down and create it in March of 2020.

Initially I provided classes for students who were looking for an online option. But I quickly realized that I wanted to offer much more.

My background is in teaching and education and I couldn’t help but to infuse that into The Alliance. It is a membership that provides live and recorded classes (audio and video), plus instructional videos, tips, advice, answers to commonly asked questions from yoga students, and resources to help you deepen your practice. The membership has evolved to a space where, in addition to practicing, you come to learn, take part in community, and develop a consistent practice all without leaving the comfort of your own home!
