Want a class that will challenge you? This one is it! We'll focus on back-bending and balancing and you'll feel the strength you build in your legs while flowing through this class. No warrior poses in this sequence so prepare yourself to transition from pose to pose with novel transitions. Bring blocks if you have them and get ready to sweat!
Full Body Self Massage - 6 Class Bundle
A great stretch feels good, but self massage feels awesome! Enjoy this full length self-massage class where we'll target areas from your feet all the way up to your head. Did somebody say, "shoulder massage?" Its in here, waiting for you to indulge. Use Yoga Tune Up® Therapy balls, tennis balls or raquetballs and lets get to rolling and releasing!
Full Body Mobility Class
A mobility practice is the perfect complement to your yoga practice. While many times yoga can be about stretching, mobility helps you with joint control, owning and strengthening through your range of movement. In this class we'll practice joint control from head to toe. This is an introduction to mobility practice so you understand the concept of moving & isolating at your joints.
Yin yoga is a practice in stillness. Poses are seated and lying down and we'll stay in them for long holds, which allow you to target the deep connective tissues in your body. This is a gentle practice but at times can feel challenging as you quiet your thoughts when you come to the practice. Enjoy this class as we focus on targeting your hips, groin and side body. We'll use blocks, a blanket and / or a pillow.
