I LOVE yoga!

Not just the physical aspects, but the way the yoga teachings have changed my life. It is a lifestyle for me. And it's helped me become curious & aware about how to live intentionally, deepen relationships & cultivate boundaries. 

I want that for you too!

These days it requires more than taking 60 minute yoga classes 2-4x a week to make a difference in your life. 

My goals:

Community, Consistency & Education

My Core beliefs: 

  1. I believe that people who come together for a common good make much more progress than going alone. Why? Because you are a collective, and when you're in this space you feel free and safe to ask questions and get clarity on what you're working towards and why. 

  2. When you're inconsistent with anything in life your destination gets pushed farther into the distance. You have to actually practice yoga in order to reap the benefits. Therefore, consistency is key.

  3. Education is everything. Whether it's physical yoga, a breath practice, meditation or making decisions that align with your ethics - learning & studying the why behind what you do makes all the difference in the world. In fact, it keeps you consistent!

There are so many ways to get you going on your journey and I'd love to get you started!

From The Alliance (my online yoga studio) to private sessions; small group Courses to self-guided courses there are plenty of ways for you to dive in!
