Deep Release: Yoga For Low Back Pain

One of the best things you can do for non-specific low back pain is to simply move. I created this sequence of moves after my low back began to hurt one day after I bent over to pick something up from the floor. This sequence includes moves and techniques which made me feel better.

 

You'll need 2 blocks, a blanket and a bolster
